° Hand made :

Each product we produce is carefully and lovingly screen-printed by hand. Because of this slight variations in print may occur.

° Printed to order :

We hold blank stock of all our products and print to order, so everything you order gets made specially for you. This needs time and attention. We always aim to ship within 3 working days

* In our shop you can also find 'Limited' Kids and Baby products where a chosen size can show 'sold out' - these are our very last pieces of already printed stock, of prints we don't actually have 'on screen' anymore. So they can not be ordered anymore once the last pieces are sold ! They are being sold at a reduced price and can be shipped faster then the products that we print to order.

° Shipment :

We send all our deliveries by Bpost (national Belgian postal services). We ship worldwide and will provide you with a track & trace number once your parcel has left our studio.

° Postage :

Belgium / Netherlands : free shipment

Luxemburg / France / Germany / U.K. : 5 euro / free for orders above 50 euro

Rest of EU / Scandinavia : 7,50 euro / free for orders above 60 euro

Europe - Non EU : 10,00 euro / free for orders above 70 euro

USA / CA / AUS / NZ : 10,00 euro / free for orders above 70 euro

Rest of the world : 12,50 euro / free for orders above 80 euro

° Returns :

If you are not happy about a product you received, please inform us within 14 days  of delivery by sending an email to : info@sub301.com stating the reason for returning and if you require a refund or replacement.

Because we screen-print to order, the customer is responsible for the cost of any returns, unless the reason for returning is a technical error or production fault.

If you wish to purchase one of our products but you are not totally sure about which size to order, please contact us first so we can check the measurements for you and advise.

We  only accept returned goods that are unused and complete with the original tags and packaging.
